Led by Head Women's Coach Natasha Wolf, this class is built around the needs and goals of women specifically. The environment is inclusive, encouraging, and free from the pressure that mixed training settings can sometimes carry.
Judo Meets Weightlifting
Each session blends foundational Judo techniques with strength training. Students build the body mechanics and overall strength that make their Judo sharper and their everyday life better.
Real Self-Defense Skills
Judo is one of the most practical self-defense arts available. In a focused women's-only environment, students develop real techniques with full attention from their coach and the confidence to use them.
A Community That Shows Up
The women in this program support each other in and out of the dojo. Training together builds real accountability, lasting friendships, and a culture where everyone is invested in each other's growth.
